At 6:08 I run from the guesthouse to toll ramp to MNC area. I reached 6,66km in 1:15:20hour or pace 0:11:18hour per km. The average heart rate was 111bpm, the average cadence was 137spm, and the fat burning was 585kcal. It was nice running on the toll access going to MNC area. The scenery was good. Salak and Pangrango volcanoes were beautiful backgrounds.
On the way back to the guesthouse I bought eggs in an Indomaret shop. When I arrived I found Supriyono had made a dish for our breakfast. Supriyono then asked to leave.
I then washed my dirty underwears. The sky was still cloudy but tended not to rain.
At 9:00 I went to the office. There were Yayat, Supriyono, and Jamaluddin. I composed an evaluation report of Parungkuda drainage system.
At about 13:00 I went out for lunch. Surya Baru Resto was my choice to get it. It was fair and cheap. I liked it.
When I went back to the guesthouse at about 17:00 I did not see any person in the office. I thought Jamaluddin and Yayat were sleeping in their respective rooms.
