Seeing a Doctor

It is Friday. The Black Friday (Sukra Cemeng 10). At 8:15 I was dropped by Nuri at Puskesmas Pandanaran. I wanted to see a doctor because my condition was getting worse. After getting a queue ticket, registering I went to the doctor booth on the second floor. I directly went in because no one was in queue. My blood pressure data was taken, 159/77. Then, came to the doctor, Doctor Sakinah. I told my condition to her. She then asked me to go to the laboratory booth to get the blood condition. About 30minutes I was there. My blood parameters were as follows: HDL 64mg/dL, Cholesterol 163mg/DL, Triglycerid 141mg/dL, Blood sugar 100mg/dL, and LDL 71mg/dL.

I then went to the doctor booth again, my heart pulse was observed, and she prescribed 4 medicines: CETIRIZINE TAB 6TAB 10mg 2x1TAB for alergy, GUAIFENESIN TAB 100mg 10TAB 3X1TAB for cough, PARACETAMOL TAB 500mg 10TAB 2x1TAB for fever, and CEFADROXIL MONOHYDRATE CAP 500mg 6CAP 2x1CAP for antibiotic. It is Thursday. The Yellow Thursday (Respati Palguna 15). At 9:30 I went to a cafe on Jalan Telagabodas no. 47 to join a meeting. It was the 2025 annual meeting of IPPU coop. The other participants were the coop members Harsono Wuryanto (the host), Arus Horizon, Agus Trimulyono, Zaenal Achmad, Octavira Wijayanti, Bambang Pujo, and the visiting guests Anang Muchlis and Djoko Mudjono. It is Tuesday. The Sweet Tuesday (Anggara Manis 8). At 6:46 I joined KJNI walking session in Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah area. The participants were 68people. Joining Qigong

It is Monday. The Loving Monday (Soma Kasih 12). At 6:20 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Andhy, Melani 廖梅玲, Sioeling 廖秀玲, Boenmiauw 廖文茂, and Lie Soethien 李素钿. We practiced pengqi guanding and first half of xingshen zhuang. After practicing we were involved in a social chat. Laoshi Hiangie 王贤义 then came to join. At about 8:15 we dismissed.

Gathering

It is Sunday. The Black Sunday (Radite Cemeng 9). In the morning I ironed the clothes I washed yesterday.

At 11:00 I arrived at Doso Eko's house in Alamanda Residence, Mangunharjo Tembalang to join AMMPA Chapter Semarang gathering. The gathering was to discuss our plan to organize a gathering of AMMPA Chapters of Semarang, Magelang, Jogja, and Surakarta in September 2026. The other participants were DU Sutomo, Imam Subechi, Tristijana, Suaryanto, Meiretnani, Tri Yuniati, etc. Doso served us with tasty chicken soto soup. At 13:00 the discussion concluded and we dismissed. AMMPA is a union of those who had their childhood in Panca Arga Housing, Magelang. The housing is dwelled by supporting personnels of Military Academy.

Paying Vehicle Tax

It is Saturday. The Yellow Saturday (Tumpak Palguna 16). At 10:00 I and Nuri went to the joint office for vehicle affair in Bank Jateng Building on Jalan Pemuda. Nuri paid off the 2026 vehicle tax at Rp2.560.000. We then went to a snack shop on Jalan Kelengan to buy some. On the way home, we stopped by at Viva Generic Pharmacy on Jalan Suyudono for getting amplodipin and fish oil, at a pet food on Jalan Pamularsih, at a dish vendor on Jalan Pamularsih, and a fruit vendor in the Jalan Pamularsih Dalam street market.

About dhuhur time I washed my dirty clothes. They were dried in the afternoon.
