Going to Surakarta

It is Wednesday. The Red Wednesday (Rabu Pahing 16). In the morning at 7:10 I dropped Rahutama, Dhiratama, and Anjar at Tawang Station. They would go to Surakarta by train, the Banyubiru Coaches. Rahutama would entertain Dhiratama by riding a train. Tawang Station.

At 8:15 I and Nuri left the house for Surakarta. We stopped at Rest Area 429A to eat lasagna we brought, to withdraw cash, and to refuel. The trip was going smooth. At 10:40 we stopped at Tamansari resto for having breakfast.

At 11:30 we met Rahutama, Anjar, and Dhiratama at Solo Balapan Station. They had arrived there at 10:00 then tasted lamb satay in Kasdi Satay House nearby.

We then went to Pasar Gede to shopped some snacks. Pasar Gede was the main market in Surakarta Town. We were there for about an hour. I gave Dhiramata some gatot, a steamed snack made from dried cassava. We also visited the food court across the street. We then went to Pasar Beteng, a fabric market about 1km away from Pasar Gede.

Nuri and Anjar shopped in Pasar Beteng while I, Rahutama, and Dhiratama waiting for them in Haluan Coffee Shop. I tasted a cup of americano.

We then when to the Park Mall in Solobaru Sukoharjo. Rahutama bought an IPad in an IBox. I just window shopped. We were there for about an hour before went back home.

On the way home we stopped by at Tamansari Resto for having late lunch. I paid my prayer in their musala.

We arrived at home at about 18:30.
