Being at Home

It is Tuesday. The Sweet Tuesday (Selasa Legi 8). In the morning at 7:00 I joined Nordic walk gathering in Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah in Sambirejo Gayamsari. It was sunny. The participants were walking along the perimeter road. I walked twice, in total I reached 5,43km in 1:05:45hour or speed of 4.95kph. The average heart rate was 105bpm, the average cadence was 107spm, and the fat burning was 464kcal.

Before dhuhur time Nuri went shopping in Ada Supermarket.

After maghrib time RAhutama, Anjar, and Dhiratama went around the town.
