Being at Home

It is Friday. The Loving Priday (Jumat Kliwon 14). It was the day 18th of Ramadhan. Again, I woke up in the morning alone to have early breakfast. Nuri was not fasting to enhance her recovering.

At 12:00 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at Taqwa. On the way back home I stopped by at Anindya's house to see the family. It was complete, Anindya, Bagus, Dastan, Aishalina, Bik Sakiyem, and Buk Juriah were in the house. For about 10minute I talked to the family. I went back home bringin a dish given by Aindya.

In the afternoon at 15:43 I run along canal side walk. It was cloudy. I reached 6,66km in 1:16:50hour or pace of 11:32minute per km. The average heart rate was 128bpm, the average cadence was 130spm, and the fat burning was 752kcal.
