Being at Home

It is Friday. The Yellow Friday (Jumat Pon 13). It was the day 11th of Ramadhan. I and Nuri still maintained our fasting. We had early breakfast at 3:00.

Before dhuhur time Nuri went out for shopping in Superindo Supermarket and bought multivitamin for me.

At 12:00 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at Taqwa.

In the afternoon at 16:23 I walked Nordicly along Jalan Pamularsih I. It was sunny. I reached 7,0km in 1:23:59hour or speed of 5,0kph. The average heart rate was 111bpm, the average cadence was 114spm, and the fat burning was 667kcal.
