Being in the House

It is Thursday. The Loving Thursday (Respati Kasih 16). In the morning I recited Quran Surah Al Baqarah verses 141 to 160. It was cloudy. At 8:26 I walked along Jalan Ahmad Yani and Jalan Pramuka. I reached 7,14km in 1:26L25hours or speed was 4,96kph. The average heart rate was 97bpm, the average cadence was 119spm, and fat burnig was 541kcal.

I was still at home in the remaining day. I helped Nuri to look after Dhiratama. He was so cute and nice. He was almost no cry. His parents were going to work. Nuri then went out for shopping when Rahutama went back home.

In the evening several Anjar's colleagues came to visit. The house was rousing. After they were leaving I recited Quran Surah Yasin.
