Being at Home

It is Monday. The Yellow Monday (Soma Palguna 11). After dawn praying I receited Quran Surah At-Talaq (The Divorce) 1-12, QS. At-Tahrim (The Prohibition) `1-12, dan QS. Al-Mulk (The Sovereignty) 1-30.

At 6:47 I run along canal side walk. It was cloudy. I reached 6,67km in 1:10:32hours or pace 10'34". The average heart rate was 119bpm. The average cadence was 136spm, and the fat burning was 617kcal.

It was cloudy but occasionally sunny. I hanged my clothes had been washed yesterday afternoon for drying. At about 10:00 they were dried.

Before dhuhur time Nuri went out to shop monthly stuff. I was still at home surfing in the internet.
