Joining Qigong

It is Tuesday. The Red Tuesday (Anggara Jenar 12). In the morning after dawn praying I recited QS An-Najm (Star) 1-62 and QS Al-Qamar (Moon} 1-55.

At 6:20 I joined qigong in the temple hall. When I arrived the session was in progress practicing pengqi guanding. There were Andhy, Melani (廖梅玲), and Boenmiauw (廖文茂). We then practiced first half of xingshen zhuang.

At 12:00 I accompanied Nuri picking up Aishalina from her course house. We then when to Virgin Bakery for shopping breads and Vera Tailor to pick up my shirt.

Today it was still cloudy but no raining. I had no schedule to run.
