Joining Qigong

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Anggara Kasih 9). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. I arrived there as the first. Then Boenmiauw came just to start the session. He left the venue when Andhy and Melani came. We practiced chenqi, pengqi guanding, and first half of xingshen zhuang.

I was still at home in the remaining day.
