Going Out

It is Sunday. The Black Sunday (Radite Cemeng 9). At 5:25 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. It was sunny. I reached 6,67km in 1:12:44hours or pace 10'55". The average heart rate was 116bpm, the average cadence was 136spm, and the fat burning was 621kcal.

At 11:00 I and Nuri went out to settlel some matters. Nuri dropped me at Sarika Pharmacy and continued going to Bonbon Baby shop. About 10 minutes later I finished my business, buying 30 tablets of Amlodipin 5mg at Rp12.000. I then walked to Bonbon Baby shop to meet Nuri. It was 450m from the pharmacy. The shopped offers various baby toys. Nuri bought a toy for Dhiratama at Rp290.000.

We then went to Rahayu Shop at a shopping row close to Peterongan market. We shopped various snacks. We found that the price of cassava crispy was Rp40.000 per kilogram. It was Rp4.000 more expensive compared to the price at a shop near Lemahgempal Bridge. The other snacks were also more expensive.

At 14:00 Dastan and Bik Sakiyem came to visit us. Dastan looked so tall. I still remember his baby time. Time flows so fast.

At 20:00 I joined virtual meeting hosted by Asiwardi Gandhi. The other participants were Adri Supardi, Dwi Kartika Rinie, Hesti Retnaningsih, Triana Indah Lestari, Unandari, Widarto, Widati, Widayadi, Widayanto, Winardi, and Yodati
