Joining Qigong

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Selasa Kliwon 11). In the morning I joined Qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Moylin, Andhy, and Boenmiauw. Before practicing qigong I paid my due to Moylin Rp200.000. We practiced pengqi guanding (捧气贯顶) and first half of xingshen zhuang (形神庄). Moylin left early, as previous day.

At 09:00 I slept because I was so sleepy. Nuri went out for shopping. She shopped on the west side shops of our home. She bought me fermented glutinous rice (tape ketan).

In the afternoon I ironed all clothes I had washed several days ago.
