It is Thursday. The Sweet-5 Thursday-8 (Kamis Legi 13). In the morning at 05:55 under cloudy sky I run along the canal side walk. It was drizzle when I reached 5km but I still continued running. I reached 6,33km in 1:17:52 or pace 12'17". The average heart rate was 111, the average cadence 137 although I followed the metronome guidance. The metronome was set at 151. The fat burning was 600.
Nuri was busy to make dolls for Dastan and Aisha. Dastan checked the progress twice by calling Nuri.
It was heavy raining in the morning after I finished jogging. It lasted about an hour. It was black cloudy in the remaining day. We found a chilly day. I used the time to iron the clothes.
