It is Saturday. The Yellow-7 Saturday-9 (Sabtu Pon 16). In the morning at 7:37 I run along the canal side walk. I reached 6,33km in 1:15:26 or pace 11'54". The average heart rate was 119, the average cadence was 129, and the fat burning was 651. My today's performance was not good. The heart rate reached 114 before I reached 2km. So, I performed the cadence gradually reduced.
On the way home I passed through the alley where Anindya's house is. Dastan wanted to be me going home but he did not shower yet. Anindya gave me sweet sour (bacem) tofu and tempe to be brought home.
At about 09:00 I picked Dastan and Aishalina up home. They were happy witnessing their oma making dolls for them. At about ashr time Anindya picked them up for their house.
