Being At Home

It is Sunday. The Red-9 Sunday-8 (Ahad Pahing 17). In the morning at 05:45 I run along the side walk of west flood canal. I reached 6km in 1:15:47 hours or pace 12:37. The average heart rate was 108, the average cadence 150, and the fat burning was 574.

After having a brief rest I washed my clothes and hanged them for drying. At about 12:00 they were dried. Meanwhile I was sleeping.

In the afternoon I ironed some of the clothes. I left the others for next time.

This afternoon I continued to compose O and M manual for drainage system of Manado Bitung Toll Road. I contacted Wahyudi to send some more data.

In the evening Anindya and Dastan came home to pass birthday cake and to picked birthday gift for Dastan. Dastan was 7 year at October 14, 2020. He was 26,45kg (ideal 23kg) weight and 119cm (ideal 122cm) height.
