Mahardi Visiting

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Anggara Kasih 11). I was still at home in the morning. It was cloudy. Rahutama, Anjar, and Dhiratama went to Boyolali to get entertained.

At about 10:00 Mahardi, Faris, and ALY came to visit us. They were from Salaman. We just talked sharing our experiences. At about 11:00 the left for Bandung.

At 16:40 I run along Jalan Bulustalan V, Jalan Basudewa, and canal side walk. It was cloudy. I reached 6,66km in 1:21:12hour or pace of 12:20minute per km. The average heart rate was 115bpm, the average cadence was 118spm, and the fat burning was 698kcal.
