Joining Qigong

It is Monday. The Loving Monday (Soma Kasih 12). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 6 people, beside me there were Andhy, Liauw Boenmiauw, Liauw Sioeling, Liauw Moyling, and Lie Soetien. We practiced pengqi guanding, and first half of xingshen zhuang. On the way home I stopped by at Prembaen Market to buy yeast and dried tofu cream.

It was sunny and cloudy alternately along the day. I was still at home.
