Rahutama Going to Singaraja

It is Friday. The Yello Friday (Sukra Palguna 13). In the morning at 9:30 in a cloudy sky Rahutama, Anjar, and Dhiratama left the house for Singaraja. They would use national road to get Malang and be overnight there. I suggest him to take national road till Caruban then enter toll road then exit at Nganjuk. It was to avoid frequent railway crossing.

At 12.00 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at Taqwa. The preacher, Mr. Abdulazis suggested the jamaah for getting shalihin state for always doing good deeds.

At 16:13 I nordic walked along the canal side walk. It was cloudy. I reached 4,73km in 56:10minute or speed of 5,05kph. The average heart rate was 110bpm, the average cadence was 113spm, and the fat burning was 441kcal.

At 14:11 Tejosularto in IPPU Central Java WAG forwarded news that Meiyanto had been passing a way at 12:45 in dr. Muwardi Hospital, Surakarta. Meiyanto was the predecessor when I served as the Manager of the Bengawan Solo Water Resources Management Provincial Office (Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo) at the year of 2002. Since then we shared our service to Province of Central Java Water Resources Management Agency (Dinas PSDA Jawa Tengah). He retired in the year 2007.
