Gathering

It is Wednesday. The Black Wednesday (Rabu Wage 11). I was still at home in the morning. At 11:00 I joined ITB Alumni Wives Bimonthly Gathering in Aroem Resto. The participating wives were Nuri, Kusumadyah Zaenal, Lathiefah Pranoto, Yuli Malik, Ms. Suwarno, Ms. Soegijono, Ms. Soewarno, and Dewi Mauladi. The gathered around a table. I and the other accompanying husbands (Zaenal, Soegijono, Widodo, and Soewarno) were at another table talking and dining. At 12:30 we dismissed.

At 16:13 I ran along canal side walk. It was drizzle I reached 6,66km in 1:19:34hour or pace of 11:56minute per km. The average heart rate was 115bpm, the average cadence was 116spm, and the fat burning was 672kcal.
