Joining Qigong

It is Monday. The Black Monday (Senin Wage 8). In the morning at 6:15 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Moyling and Soetian. We practiced pengqi guanding and sanxin bingzhan zhuang.

After having a break I wiped and mopped the floor, entire house floor.
