Being In The Office

It is Friday. The Sweet Friday (Jumat Legi). At 06:30 I run along the alleys in the housing complex. I reached 6km in 1:16:56 hours. The average heart rate was 115 and the fat burning was 618. The average cadence was not recorded properly because the application was shut down 3 times

At 08:55 I left the house, walked to the office. I arrived there at about 09:15. Kecuk, Priyonggo, and Benny came later. Priyonggo just came today because Benny had asked him to be absent due to Covid19 suspect on his wife. He told his wife was ok, no fever and no coughing. Her rapid test was non reactive.

In the office I continued to prepare a supporting document. I asked Fahmi to buy a meal for my breakfast. Previously, I wanted to entered Warung Tegal Satuhati for having breakfast but I cancelled it because there were many customers having breakfast.

At magrib time I left the office for the house. Priyonggo gave me a ride.

At a point close to Mc Donalds Resto I got off. I walked to the house. I stopped by at Alfamidi shop to buy bananas. I stopped again at Purnama Nasigoreng stall to buy some for my dinner. I added it with an array of petai beans. nasi goreng
