Being In The Office

It is Thursday. The Loving Thursday (Kamis Kliwon). At 06:28 I run, started from the house. I reached 6km in 1:14:18 hours. The average heart rate was 115, the average cadence was 150, and the fat burning was 628. On the way to the house I bought nasi bungkus at Warung Tegal Satuhati for my breakfast.

At 09:30 I went to the office. I used a public transport to get the entrance of Bina Marga housing complex. At about 10:00 I arrived at the office. Kecuk was in, Benny and Bambang came later later. I worked to continue a HEC-RAS analysis.

At 19:30 I joined a video conference using zoom application managed by ITB75 Association to have a course from a run trainer. The trainer presented what MAF method was. More than 100 alumni joined the conference. For me the matter was appreciable. I would use it to improve my run performance.

At 21:30 I left the office. Kecuk Wahyudi gave me a ride. We stopped to dine at Mpok Marsih stall.
