Being In The Office

It is Saturday. The Yellow Saturday (Sabtu Pon). In the morning I run along alleys in the housing area. I reached 5km in 1:10:27 hours. The average heart rate was 116 and the fat burning was 516. On the way back to the house I bought nasi bungkus from Warung Tegal Satuhati.

After maghrib time we went back to the guesthouse. Nendi gave us a ride. I got off at Alfamidi shop to buy bananas. Then I stopped by at a nasi uduk Mpok Marsih to buy nasi bungkus. I ate it in the house.

At 21:00 Rahutama video called to report his suit had been ready to use.
