Being At Home

It is Tuesday. The Red Tuesday (Selasa Pahing). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The participants were 4 people. Beside me were Moylin, Sioeling, and Boenmiauw. We practiced pengqi guanding and sanxin zhuang.

After showering I and Rahutama went to Bank Mandiri Sultan Agung to do the same. I was successfull. The clerk suggested that I better activated the mobile banking. In the Highshool WA Group we found Kristina Irawati Suhardoyo had passed away last night at 21:00. She was my schoolmate in Magelang state highschool (SMAN Magelang) as well as first state secondary shool (SMPN1 Magelang}. She had been active to join the highschool mates gathering.

In the afternoon I run along the Semarang West Floodcanal side way. I reached 5km in 1:09:07 hours. The average cadence was 164 and fatburning was 548. I could not trust the average heartrate because the reading did not work in kilometer 5.
