Being at Home

It is Wednesday. The Red Wednesday (Rabu Pahing). At 02:00 I settled the report. After having early breakfast and praying I went to sleep. I woke up at 10:00 because Aishalina an Bibik were coming by. I and Nuri were happy finding Aisha talking. After they were away I slept again.

At 13:00 I woke up again because Priyonggo phoned me. He asked my to join video conference. The conference was hosted by Fery Novada (someone represented him). Biside me it was participated by Satriya (PT JMB), Jonathan, Anang (PT PP), Haryanto (BPJT), Benny (PT Disiplan), Priyonggo, and Bambang. It discussed the drainage problem at Danowudu Entrance. After Haryanto leaving Kunta came to join. It discussed the structural problem at bridge design. At 16:00 the conference closed.

At 16:15 I trained running on the west side walk of Semarang West Flood Canal. It was the day 7th of exercise. I reached 2km at 30:45 minutes (pace was 15), the cadence was 149, and the fat burning was 283. I limited the distance of 2km because I was still exhausted. Then, I walked along Jalan Sudirmant to seek a BCA ATM but I did not find it. I continued walking along Jalan Puspawarno. At 17:30 I arrived at home.
