Being at Home

It is Sunday. The Yellow Sunday (Ahad Pon). We were in the day 24th of Ramadan. We still maintained our fasting. We woke up in the morning for having early breakfast. I slept again after praying. At 09:30 I woke up.

At 10:00 I and Rahutama went to Java Mall to seek T-shirt. We just wanted to see the situation. We found that all people wearing maskers but they did not maintain the distance in between. We then left the mall without shopping. We went to Sarika Pharmacy to buy amlodipin and neurobion. The pharmacy practices Covid19 protocol by imposing wearing masker, hand sanitizing, and physical distancing.

Then, we led our car to Ciputra Mall. We found that Simpanglima was isolated so we went back home.

At 16:00 I went to West Flood Canal side walk to train running. I maintain the cadence of 156. I reached 3km in 48:57 minutes. The average beat rate was 118 dan fat burned was 427.
