Being at Home

It is Thursday. The Loving Thursday (Kamis Kliwon). It was the day 21st of Ramadan. I woke up at 03:00 and had early breakfast along with Rahutama and Nuri. I slept after praying and woke up again at 11:00.

At 15:00 Benny told that PT JMB would manage a video conference along BWS S1 (Sulawesi 1 River Basins Management Office) to discuss morphology report. He asked to tell PT PP to provide a presentation.

At 16:00 I went to the West Flood Canal side walk to train my running. I reached 3km at 45:58 minutes and 121 bpm. The fat burned was 422 kcal.

In the evening I and Rahutama went out to see the town. We drove along streets Pamularsih, Kaligarang, Kariadi, Supeno, Imam Bardjo, Hayam Wuruk, Singosari, Atmodirono, Gayam, Siwalan, MT Haryono, Katamso, Majapahit, Gajah, Medoho, Sukarno Hatta, Wolter Monginsidi, Kaligawe, Tol, Teuku Umar, Sultan Agung, S Parman, Kaligaran, and Pamularsih. We found that the people activities in area of Palebon were crowded as usual.
