Being at Home

It is Monday. The Sweet Monday (Senin Legi). We just still at home. Our breakfast was as same as we had yesterday. Nuri added with pecel (a vegetables salad with peanut dressing).

In the afternoon it was showering but then stopped at about 15:00.

At 16:00 I went to the West Flood Canal side walk for training running. It was the day 21st of the running exercise. My body weight was 69,2kg. I set the cadence of 161. I reached 3km in 42:25 minutes. The average beat rate was 115 and fat burning was 360. Then, I run next 1km. I reached it in 14:02 minutes, the average beat rate was 130 and the fat burning was 143.
