Joining Nordic Walk

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Anggara Kasih 11). At 6:19 I walked nordicly along perimeter road of Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah along with members of KJNI Semarang. It was cloudy. I reached totally 6.47km in 1:23:27hours or speed of 4,66kph. The average heart rate was 99bpm, the average cadence 107spm, and the fat burning was 558kcal. At reaching 3,47km I stopped and joined streching for about 30minutes along with the members, then continued walking. I met Zaenal, Subagyo Wardoyo, and Suhartono.
