It is Tuesday. The Sweet Tuesday (Anggara Manis 8). At 6:10 I arrived at Masjid Agung area to join Nordic walk community. Sudirman and Zaenal along with their wives and some ladies were there ready to go to Bandungan. They have nordic walk session in Bandungan. At 6:30 they left for Bandungan.
I then at 6:31 nordic walked alone along perimeter road of the masjid. It was sunny. I reached 6,50km in 1:17:10hour or speed of 5,21kph. The average heart rate was 116bpm, the average cadence was 109spm, and the fat burning was 667kcal.
