Joining Qigong

It is Tuesday. The Red Tuesday (Selasa Paing 12). In the morning I joined Qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Andhy, Melani, Sioeling, Lie Lietjen, and the hubby Thong Tiongling. We practiced pengqi guanding and first half of xingshen zhuang.

On the way home I stopped by at Prembaen Alley Market. I bought smoked fish and yeast for cassava.

After having a break I washed my dirty clothes.

In the afternoon Nuri went out to buy a bottle of LPG. I was at home making fermented cassava (Ind. tape).

At 16:29 I run along Jalan Basudewo and canal side walk. It was black cloudy and then raining. I reached 6,66km in 11155 1047 127 135 697. I was in raining at the end of running.
