Nordic Walking

It is Friday. The Black Friday (Sukra Cemeng 10). In the morning I went to Jatidiri Stadium to join colleagues going to Nordic walk. I arrived there and parked the car in the parking area at 6:00. Harsono, Bambang Pudjo, Sularwati (wife), Djoko Roosmany, and Suparto came one after another. We then entered the Stadium put ourselves on the track.

We directly walked nordicly. It was 6:27. Along walking we meet other IPPU colleagues, such as Yiyi Rizal, Nani Suhartini (wife), Tri Rasiyanto, Subagyo Wardoyo, and his wife. Other acquaitences were Suwondo and Maryono, retireds of PDAM Semarang.

I reached 5,10km in 1:00:18 hour or speed of 5,08km per hour. The average heart rate was 104bpm, the average cadence was 105spm, and the fat burning was 408kcal.

After walking we had a social chat.At about 8:00 I went home

At 12:00 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at Taqwa. The preacher told we might do every thing to get us happy but we also had to keep in mind we would leave the life.
