Meeting

It is Tuesday. The Yellow Tuesday (Anggara Palguna 10). At 9:00 I went to IPPU Secretariat Office to join a meeting. The meeting would be a vertual meeting managed by IPPU Headquarter. I arrived at the office at 9:30. Agus Supriyanto, Mustofa Kamal, and Harsono Wuryanto came one after another.

The main person was Mustofa Kamal since he is the administrator of the membership database application, so we just accompanied him. Meeting started at 10:10 opened by Djoko Murjanto, the IPPU Chairman. He was accompanied by Djoko Mursito, a caretaker member. Djoko Muryanto was just to remind all administrator to refine membership data since many members did not show their actual conditions. The data was used to select members eligible to get alms (sedekah) in ramadhan season or gift of love in the public works day. So, eligibility is very important and and an administrator would be responsible for the process. The meeting concluded at 11:20.

Before we dismissed we had lunch in PLN canteen nearby. The purpose was to compare it to our IPPU canteen.

In the afternoon at 16:29 I walked nordicly on Jalan Pamularsih I. It was dark cloudy. I reached 6,6km in 1:17:00hour or speed of 5,15km per hour. The average heart rate was 111bpm, the average cadence was 114spm (although I followed the metronome run at 120spm). and the fat burning was 607kcal.

In the evening after maghrib time I and Nuri went to Anindya's house to submit snacks Nuri had brought it from Bondowoso. We found Anindya. Dastan, Aishalina, Bik Sakiyem, and Bik Juriah were in. Dastan was ill.
