Joning Qigong

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Selasa Kliwon 11). In the morning at 6:15 I joined qigong in the temple hall. I came to the venue as the first. Andhy, Liauw Sioeling 廖秀玲, Lie Lietjen 李丽珍, Theng Tiongleng 汤重宁, Melani Liauw Moyling 廖梅玲 came later. We practiced chenqi, laqi, and first half of xingshen zhuang. When the was about to end Laoshi Bambang Hartono (Ong Hian-gie 王贤义).

At 7:40 I left the venue leading to Masjid Agung to join nordic walking gathering. I walked tracing perimeter of the masjid twice achieving 1,77km. I then joined the crowd. About 20 walkers were there. I met Subagyo Wardoyo, Zaenal Achmad, Widodo Mauladi, and Suhartono. After having chats for a while I went back home.

At 11:40 I went to banks on Jalan Pemuda for printing bankbooks. I came to Bank BCA, Bank Mandiri, Bank Jateng, and Bank BNI. I got difficulty when I would park the car around Bank BNI so I parked the car in the parking area of Bank Jateng.

I then went to Fastclean car washing station to wash the car. I spent Rp55.000 for it. The station provided me a bottle of mineral water.

The last destination was Bulin food stall. I had lunch there.
