Joining A Virtual Meeting

It is Monday. The Loving Monday (Soma Kasih 12). In the morning at 03:00 I and Nuri woke up for early breakfast. As usual I consumed a boiled egg and cauliflower soup. I slept again after praying. Before sleeping I hanged the clothes I had washed yesterday.

At 10:00 I ironed my clothes. They were just dried. After dhuhur time I finished ironing.

At 14:00 I joined meeting virtually to discuss stream crossing technical recommendation for Jakarta-Cikampek Lane Additional Project. However, I then left because this first allocation time was for detail engineering discussion. I joined again at 16:00. Satriya was the host. The other participants were Wahyudi, Gneis (PT Indec Internusa), and Rifai (PT Wika). It was almost no progress except the application letter was completed with authorisation letter, director's identity card copy, and company tax number card copy.

At 16:50 I walked along side way of west flood canal. I reached 5,01km in 59:30minutes or pace 11'51". The average heart rate was 105bps, the average cadence was 96spm, and the fat burning was 425kcal.

Because Nuri did not make any dish so after isha time I and her went to Yu Sri pecel kiosk to buy some. We had it for our dinner. Originally, we wanted to dine in Soto Mas Boed counter but unfortunately, it closed.

At 21:00 I recited Al Quran Surah Annur verses 33 to 35. It was challenging. I asked Widarto to guide my recital. I had to rerecite many times till I did the true one.
