Meeting

It is Tuesday. The Sweet Tuesday (Anggara Manis 8). I and Nuri still maintained our fasting. We woke up at 03:00 and had our early breakfast. I slept after praying.

Nuri did not go to Anindya's house because the children had their class on face to face mode. However, she picked up the children one after another.

At 13:20 I joined a meeting in the IPPU Secretariat office on Jalan Gubernur Boediono. It was a meeting to discuss document completion to establish IPPU Co-op chaired by Harsono. The other participants were Djoko Rusmani, Mustofa Kamal, Arus Horizon, Agus Supriyanto, Wismaningsih, and Bambang Pudjo Lahatyo.

After ashr time I run along west flood canal side walk. I reached 6,66km in 1:14:59hours or pace 11'15". The average heart rate was 112bpm, the average cadence was 127spm, and the fat burning was 601kcal.
