Being At Home

It is Thursday. The Loving Thursday (Respati Kasih 17). It was the day 12th of Ramadan. At 03:00 I woke up for having early breakfast. However, I was little bit dizzy since I just slept at 01:00. At 07:00 I slept again.

Nuri as usual fetched Aisha and Dastan from their school, consecutively. At 10:00 I woke up and slept at 13:30.

After ashr praying I went to run. At 15:34 I started to run along west flood canal side walk. I reached 6,67km in 1:18:42hours or pace 11'47". The average heart rate was 109bpm, the average cadence was 123spm, and the fat burning was 599kcal.
