Seeing a Doctor

It is Wednesday. The Black Wednesday (Buda Cemeng 11). I was not in a good condition. I thought I got flu so I had to come to the public health center (puskesmas). I asked Nuri to accompany there. At 9:00 we left the house. I stopped by at Simongan copy shop to take a meeting matter. I stopped by again at IPPU Office on Jalan Boediono to pass the matter. I met Masrianto, Mustofa Kamal, Wahyu Kusno, and Wismaningsih. I also met Harsono and Arus on the way back to the car. Nuri then dropped me on Jalan Kyai Saleh close to Puskesmas Pandanaran.

The health treatment process in the puskesmas was very fast. At 9:41 I took the qeue paper, H29. In a short time I was at the registration desk. The officer asked me to the first floor to the senior booth. A nurse cheked my blood pressure, 134/65. Then doctor Dwiono examined me. He prescribed 5 medicines: Cetrizine tab 10mg 4tabs 1 a day, vitamin B12 4tabs 1 a day,ibuprofen tab400mg 6tabs 2 a day, N-acetyl sytein cap 6caps 2 a day, and Frednnizon tab 5mg 6tabs 2 a day. At 10:16 I finished with the treatment process. I asked Nuri to pick me home. At 10:40 Nuri picked me up for home.

I was on bed almost the remaining time of the day. Nuri made me tofu soup.
