Joining Qigong

It is Friday. The Sweet Friday (Jumat Legi 11). At 6:15 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Andhy, Sioeling 廖秀玲, Boenmiauw 廖文茂, and Moyling 廖妹玲. We practiced pengqi guandimg 捧气贯顶 and first half of xingshen zhuang 形神庄.

At 12:00 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at Taqwa. The preacher reminded jamaah to do more good deeds to not biase to hedonic activities.

At 13:30 I washed the car at Fastclean car washing shop. The cost was Rp55.000. On the way home I stopped by at the PFU, unfortunately, the dispensing person refused to serve because I did not have Qcode. I went home and registered the car at Mypertamina application.

At 16:30 I walked along Jalan Suyudono, Jalan Sugijapranata, Jalan Basudewa, Jalan Puspanjolo Timur, and Jalan Pamularsih IV. It was cloudy. I reached 4,2km
