It is Monday. The Sweet Monday (Senin Legi 9). In the morning at 5:58 I went to canal side walk to do running. Unfortunately, when I arrived the venue I felt to defecate so I went back home. At 6:26 I run along Jalan Pmularsih I. It was sunny. I reached 6,66km in 1:13:05hour per km or pace of 10:58minute per km. The average heart rate was 117bpm, the average cadence was 137spm, and the fat burning was 632kcal.
Nuri went to Satria Store on Jalan Pemuda in the morning to buy facade for the clothes. They would be worn in Deflta's wedding party.
At 11:00 I joined a gathering in Aroem Resto on Jalan Wahidin. The other participants were Juli Irawati, Hariyoto Saleh, Kusumastuti Suryaningsih, and Enny Susijanti. We just chatting and dining. We had lot of fun. At 12:15 we dismissed.
