Shopping

It is Friday. The Red Friday (Jumat Pahing 17). In the morning at 5:30 I run along canal side walk. It sunny. I reached 6,66km in 1:07:32hour or pace of 10:08minute per second. The average heart rate was 124bpm, the average cadence was 140spm, and the fat burning was 635kcal.

At 12:00 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at Taqwa. The preacher reminded jamaah to not be bewitched by the long holiday. It tended to forget God and work.

At 13:00 I and Nuri went to Kranggan area to shop fabric. Nuri stopped there and shopped while I walked to Boutique Roastery to shop coffee. I bought Gayo Wine 100g for Rp60.000 and Ciweday Honey 100g for Rp40.000. An hour later Nuri after finishing her shopping picked me up. We went to next destination, Ada Supermarket.

In the supermarket we shopped glutinous rice, tea, palm flour cookies, mouth wash liquid, etc.

This afternoon many of my ITB Civil Engineering Entering 1975 colleagues gathered in Pelangi Hotel, Sentul Bogor Regency. They were managing a light reunion. I did not join because Nuri did not want it.
