Joining Qigong

It is Thursday. The Loving Thursday (Kamis Kliwon 16). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Andhy, Moyling (廖妹玲), Sioeling (廖秀玲) and Cikwan(林时观). We practiced xingshen zhuang. At the end of the session we chatted for about 30minute. Before leaving I gave Andhy and Moyling fermented cassava I brought from Bondowoso.

At about 9:00 Bu Kus came to feed cats and to prepare dishes. I was just relaxed.

At 16: I walked Nordicly along Jalan Pamularsih I. It was cloudy. I reached 7,00km in 1:24:52hour or speed of 4,95kph. The average heart rate was 109bpm, the average cadence was 113spm, and the fat burning was 646kcal.

In the morning at 23:00 I went to Tawang Station to pick up Nuri. She had been waiting for me for a long time since the Pandalungan Coaches had arrived at Tawang Station at 22:46. I had misunderstood that the coaches arrived after 23:00.
