Checking in a Clinical Laboratory

At 16:00 I and Nuri were in Pramita Clinical Laboratory on Jalan DI Panjaitan to check my blood base on Doctor Lewie's prescription. The cost was Rp159.700 for 4 parameter. The customer service told that the test would conclude this evening and on my consent the result would be sent to Doctor Lewie. I would get the softcopy through WA application.

After maghrib time at 18:33 I run along canal side walk. It was clear sky. I reached 6,67km in 1:11:22hour or pace of 10:41minute per km. The average heart rate was 119bpm, the average cadence was 134spm, and the fat burning was 626kcal.
