Servicing the Car

It is Wednesday. The Loving Wednesday (Rabu Kliwon 15). In the morning at 7:45 I left home for Toyota Nasmoco Workshop in Pedurungan area. I put the car there for servicing. A guy named Zuhri assisted me. For about 3 hour I was waiting in a waiting room. At 12:00 service concluded. I paid off the invoice, Rp1.467.903. Then I went back home.

On the way home I stopped many times. First stop was in Bank BCA Pemuda. I printed my bankbooks in Bank BCA and Bank Mandiri nearby. Then, I stopped for the second time in Bank Jateng Pemuda. I printed my bankbooks in Bank BNI Pemuda and in Bank Jateng. The third stop was in Warung Mangut Bu Darwati on Jalan Mintojiwo Timur. I had lunch there and spent Rp18.000. I arrived at home at 14:15.

In the evening at 18:39 I run along canal side walk and Jalan Basudewo. It was light cloudy. I reached 6,67km in 1:10:13hour or pace of 10:31minute per km. The average heart rate was 122bpm, the average cadence was 137spm, and the fat burning was 636kcal.
