Being in the House

Then at 5:54 I run again for 3,36km. In total I run 6,66km in 1:07:02hour or pace of 10:03minute per km. The average heart rate was 116bpm, the average cadence was 141spm, and the fat burning was 561kcal.

At 11:30 Rahutama, Anjar, and Dhiratama went back to Singaraja. All people in the house sent them.

At 11:45 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at Taqwa. It is the primary masjid in Bondowoso.
