Going to Jogja

It is Tuesday. The Black Tuesday (Anggara Cemeng 7). At 5:00 I run along Jalan Bambang Suprapto, Suprapto, Sudirman, Perre Tendean, Adyaksa I, Gatot Suprapto, Merdeka, Katamso, and Kauman Lama. It was clear sky. I reached 7,0km in 1:13:46hour or pace of 0:10:32hour per km. The average heart rate was 109bpm, the average heart rate was 132spm, and the fat burning was 562kcal.

At 7:30 we were in DM Cafe room to enjoyed breakfast served by the hotel. The menu was modest but I liked it. The cafe was located at the edge of the pool.

At 9:00 we left the hotel for Jogja. We the rute of streets of MT Haryono, Sudirman, Perintis Kemerdekaan, Gerilya. At 9:40 we stopped at SPBU Pertamina 44.531.14 Kedungrandu in Kedungrandu Patikraja, Banyumas Regency to fuel the car. The we continued going by tracing national road to Manganti. We turned to provincial road to Kasugihan. At 10:20 we stopped by at Cilacap Water Treatment Plant in Kasugihan, Cilacap Regency. I just visited for a while since the security did not allow us to enter. In the year of 1983 I participated on the plant construction.

We the continued going by passing Slarang Bridge and entering Java Southest National Road (Jalan Lintas Selatan) at Adipala. We traced Binangun, Nusawungu Cilacap Regency, Ayah, Puring, Klirong, Buluspesantren, Mirit Kebumen Regency, Grabag, Ngombol, and Purwodadi Purworejo Regency. We spent more than an hour to pass the hilly road in Ayah Subdistrict. Nuri was getting mad. At about 12:30 we stopped by at Warung Seafood Mbak Susi "Mutiara Laut" for having lunch. The resto located in the area of TPI (Fish Landing Place) in Jatimalang Purwodadi, Purworejo Regency. They was good in cooking the seafood so we enjoyed the dishes.

We then went to a durian pool in Taman Bagelen, Bagelen, Purworejo Regency. We bought a small durian at Rp35000. I just consumed some because I worried of my blood pressure since I just consumed squid.

We continued traced Jalan Lintas Selatan in Jogjakarta Special Province. We traced the underpass under Yogyakarta International Airport. It was beautiful underpass. At 17:50 we arrived at Joglo Manggisan Lodge in Baturetno Banguntapan, Bantul Regency. We were overnight in room 103. The room was cozy.
