House Wiring Under Repairing

It is Wednesday. The Red Wednesday (Rabu Pahing 16). I woke up at 2:30 because I felt itchy on my face. I washed my face and got some infection cream and humidifying cream. I felt better but itch was persistent. I slept again after praying.

At 6:30 I woke up again and I though no time for qigong or running so I was still at home.

At 9:30 Supriyono the technician and a helper came. Nuri prepared supply for them. I prepared flash lights for them.

At 11:00 I was in Soto Mas Boed counter on Jalan Sudirman to wait for Widayadi but till 12:00 he did not show up. Suddenly, Nuri told me that a helper dropped from the ceiling, she asked me to go home. So, I went back home. Meanwhile, Widayadi was on the way. I asked him to came home.

At arriving at home I saw a helper was laying on the floor but he was ok. He seemed needing for massage. I offered him to go to a clinic but he refused. He was the second helper, he came when I was in Mas Boed counter.

At about 12:30 Widayadi arrived. About an hour we talked telling our experiences. Widayadi once had been my secondary schoolmate. He lived in Bengkulu and he was about a month in Semarang. Actually, I did not want to welcome him at home because the house was under fixing.

At 15:55 I run along canal side walk. It was cloudy. I reached 6,66km in 1:20:32hour or pace of 0:12:05hour per km. The average heart rate was 106bpm, the average cadence was 122spm, and the fat burning was 589kcal.
