Joining Qigong

It is Friday. The Red Friday (Sukra Jenar 15). At 06:10 I joined qigong in the temple hall. When I came Liem Cikwan (林时观) was in. Melani (廖梅玲), Sioeling (廖秀玲), Boenmiauw (廖文茂), and Andhy came later. We practiced pengqi guanding and first half of xingshen zhuang. I found that Andhy was getting thin.

At 12:00 I joined Friday congregation prayer in Masjid at Taqwa. The day was sunny and hot. I came there walking.

After ashr time I and Nuri went to DIY Store for shopping. We bought accessories for house.
