Scruinizing Quran Recital

It is Sunday. The Black Sunday (Radite Cemeng 9). It was cloudy in the morning. At 7:24 I run along west canal sidewalk. I reached 6,66km in 1:17:09hours or pace 11'34". The average heart rate was 111bpm, the average cadence was 129spm, and the fat burning was 606kcal.

At about 11:00 Nuri accompanied Anindya going shopping. The shopped meat and imported stuff at Indoguna Meatshop Grocery on Jalan Suratmo.

At 12:30 Anindya picked me and Nuri to Glasnos Resto on Jalan Candi Golf Boulevard for having lunch together. It is a cozy resto with a nice view of the lower area of Semarang. I ordered fish n chips. It was trivial.

In the evening at 19:30 I joined Quran recital scrutinizingly. Ihyaudin was the guide. The other participants were Sudarsono, Susilo Tjahjaningsih Handayani, Endianto Masseh, Widarto, Dwihati Lukitaningsih, Nurul Safariah, Dwi Sulistyanto, Aswaty, Minuk Suhendrawati, Triana Indah Lestari, and Djoko Martianto. We recited Surah Al Baqarah verses 1 to 5, 255, and 284 to 286.
