Joining Qigong

It is Wednesday. The Black Wednesday (Buda Cemeng 11). At 06:00 I joined qigong in the temple hall. The other participants were Boenmiauw and Sioeling. We practiced pengqi guanding and sanxin zhuang.

At 10:30 I put the desktop in Nafiri Computer Shop for fixing. In the afternoon I went there again to take it. It was no defect. I suspected the power cord was the culprit so I bought a new one at Rp39.000 in the shop. They did not charge for inspecting the desktop.

After putting the desktop in the shop for fixing I went to Pamularsih car washing shop. The car was underway washing. After finishing, at about 12:00 I went to BCA Bank and BNI Bank on Jalan Pemuda to print the bankbooks.

In the afternoon at 16:18 in dark cloudy situation I walked along west flood canal side walk. I reached 7,0km in 1:21:23hours or pace 11'37". The average heart rate was 105bpm, the average cadence was 119spm, and the fat burning was 590kcal
